Rick Hopper, engineer with JW&A, visits with Amy Grant at the bike trail dedication on June 22, 2007, that runs along the west side of Big Spirit Lake.  Rick was the project manager for this project and the other trail projects currently in the works on the west and south sides of West Okoboji Lake.
