JW&A provided soil, compaction & concrete testing and steel inspection for the construction of this brand-new Hy-Vee store in Spencer.

 

                    Menards - Spencer, Iowa

                           

JW&A provided construction staking for many different phases of this mega project including:

  • Hwy #71 reconstruction which removed the curve as the road turns south in the exact area that Menards built.
  • Staking of all underground utilities (water, storm sewer and sanitary sewer), parking lot paving and streets running through the Menards subdivision.
  • Lighting fixtures around the parking lot.
  • Building staking
