JW&A designed the lot layout, streets and utilities for this 42 lot development that is located just south of the High School/Middle School complex in Spirit Lake.  Most of the lots are over one acre in size. This subdivision has five detention ponds for drainage and two cul-de-sacs.

The above picture shows a small part of this development that has really taken off over the last couple of years.  This project is being developed in phases since it is a 284-lot subdivision, ranging is size from 7000 sq. ft. to 13,490 sq. ft.  This development lies adjacent to the bike trail that runs from Spirit Lake to Milford.   JW&A was responsible for complete design of this subdivision.

This area will eventually be built up the same as the above subdivisions.  A  bike trail also runs through this development and is directly east of the Bedell Family YMCA in Spirit Lake on Sunner Avenue.  This 62-lot subdivision boasts large lots and will be a great addition to Spirit Lake.  JW&A designed the lot layout, streets and utilities for this development.  At this time, the streets are being paved.
