Bedell Family YMCA
Spirit Lake, Iowa
JW&A had the pleasure of being involved with the building of the new Bedell
Family YMCA in Spirit Lake. Services that we provided toward the project
were:
Boundary and topography survey
Soil testing including lab proctor density, soil bearing and
density testing with our
nuclear density gauge
Grading plan
Footing Design
Parking lot design including storm sewer and water main
Construction staking
